Even I to visited their office to see the actual price of their projects, really they are selling their plots or lands at the dismount of 2 lacs on each of their projects lands and saw so many customers were visiting and buying their aim or dream lands. None of the builder will provide discounts and offers like TGS layouts, I want to say main thing is for Bangalorean, TGS is good place to buy the property and save more money by investing into other builder. I know TGS is starters but a starter only gives quality to build their business mind it…!
