ReplyDeleteTGS layouts always came with good and affordable price but this time I won't agree, 26 lakhs for a pre launched plot is quite high to pay. Again if you compare to location than Mysore road location is not that costly. What you guys are saying?

ReplyDeletePlots are more precious than flats people have different concept on these two products. Where as in believes people should invest more on plots because it don't have depreciation value and you don't need to be worried about the construction quality of the building. Also you can modify it at your wish. TGS has lots of plots which are priced very low so you can get a good budget for construction as well.
